Multi-Genre Prog Rock
A BAND WITH A TWIST!
Created by Tartan Composer mid 2024, KISSYFAB is a brand new prog rock poject combining various musical elements and genres. This amazing musical soup contains the most delicious flavours of classic rock and prog with orchestral overtones.
Kissyfab consists of founder James G. Conn and guitarist Larry McConville plus various 'guest' session recording musicians.
DIVERSE SOUNDS!
As well as the usual musical line up of lead, bass, drums and keyboards the band incorporate a wide selection of other instruments to enhance their unique sound, including: acoustic & electric Ukeleles, acoustic / electric Mandolin, Harmonicas, Tin Whistles, Recorders, various percussion, Accordion and Brass.
ECLECTIC LINE-UP!
The personnel includes Spanish, Scots and Irish musicians. They are respectively:
Jamie Gallacher aka TC, all songs and arrangements, drums, percussion, vocals, piano / synth & keys. Acoustic / electric guitar / Ukelele / tin whistles / recorder family / bass guitar.
Larry McConville, all Guitars / vocals. vocals.
Paul Agullo: percussion.
Tina Khan: backing vocals.
Maureen Conn: backing vocals.

The band are currently recording their debut album Truth Bomb.
PAUL AGULLO
percussionist extraordinaire!
Paul (paulo) is a percussionist who studied his craft with the famous Cuban latin percussion teacher Juan 'papa' Calderon Fiallo. As well as playing percussion for KISSYFAB, Paul plays with many other music bands in various different styles and runs his own musical academy from his music shop BATA in vila Joyosa.
TINA KHAN
backing vocalist
Hailing all the way from the Emerald Isle, this feisty little miss supplies one half of KISSYFAB backing vocals. When not recording, Tina spends her time between her homes in Spain and Ireland and jetting off to far flung shores.
Maureen Conn
backing vocalist
Maureen Conn is the second half of the KISSYFAB backing vocals team. She is a full time multi-media artist and designer and lives in Spain with her husband James and dog Bonny.

lead & rythm guitars
KISSYFAB guitarist Juan is one of the most respected guitarists on the costa blanca. His style incorporates many diverse elements of guitar technique. He is also a guitar teacher.

Jamie Gallacher is the alter-ego of Tartan Composer. He is the singer-songwriter, composer, arranger and band leader of KISSYFAB!
